Reflexology

Restore balance, ease stress and support your body’s natural healing

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that works on the principle that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, reflexology encourages the body to rebalance, reduces stress, and promotes overall wellbeing.

It’s an amazing way to switch off from the demands of daily life while also giving your body subtle yet powerful support.

Since introducing this treatment last year, I’ve found reflexology to be a powerful therapy that can help with a wide variety of symptoms, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.

FAQ

A few questions you may have about Reflexology...

What can Reflexology help with?

Reflexology can support you by:

  • Reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation

  • Supporting circulation and energy flow

  • Helping the body find balance and harmony

  • Encouraging better sleep

  • Creating space for calm and renewal

What to expect in a Reflexology session?

Your reflexology treatment begins with a short consultation so I can understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. You’ll then lie back in a comfortable reclining chair or couch, fully clothed except for your shoes and socks.

I’ll gently work across the reflex points on your feet or hands using precise pressure techniques. Most people find the treatment deeply relaxing, often drifting into a restful state. You may notice tingles, warmth, or simply a sense of calm spreading through your body.

How will I feel after a Reflexology session?

Most people leave a reflexology session feeling lighter, calmer and more at ease in themselves. You may notice a sense of deep relaxation, improved mood, or a gentle boost in energy.

The following reactions are sometimes experienced for the first 24 hours and are nothing to worry about:

  • A headache

  • it's possible to feel more emotional

  • you may feel nauseous, tired or sleepy

Everyone responds differently, but the most common feedback is a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
